Shipping, delivery & order handling

We carefully pack every Mewthy order so your products arrive safely and ready for your collection. This policy explains how shipping, delivery and order handling work.

1. Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During busy periods, product launches, holidays or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order and a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Collector care

We pack trading card products with care to help protect sealed boxes, packs and collector items during transit.

2. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the countries available at checkout.

If your country is not available during checkout, we may not currently offer shipping to your location.

3. Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout before you complete your order.

Rates may depend on your delivery location, order value, package size, package weight and selected shipping method.

4. Free shipping

Free shipping may be available for eligible orders when the conditions shown on our website or at checkout are met.

Any free shipping threshold, country limitation or promotional shipping condition may change from time to time.

5. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown where available and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to carriers, customs, holidays, weather, incorrect address details or events outside our control.

6. Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order has been shipped.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.

7. Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

8. Packaging

We aim to package orders securely and appropriately for the type of product ordered.

Trading card products may be shipped using protective packaging such as boxes, padding or other materials depending on the order.

While we take care when packing, minor packaging imperfections can sometimes occur during manufacturing, handling or carrier transport.

9. Damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the shipping box.
  • Photos of the damaged product or packaging.
  • A short description of the issue.

Please keep the packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as the carrier may require evidence.

10. Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time or your order appears delayed, please contact us.

We may need to contact the carrier or wait for the carrier’s investigation process before a final solution can be offered.

11. Refused or unclaimed deliveries

If a package is refused, not collected or returned to us because of failed delivery attempts, incorrect information or customer inaction, additional shipping costs may apply.

Refunds for returned packages may exclude original shipping costs and any return costs charged by the carrier, where permitted by law.

12. International shipping

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or additional fees may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs processing may also cause additional delays outside our control.

13. Order issues

If there is an issue with your order, such as missing items, incorrect products or delivery problems, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and clear photos where relevant so we can review the issue quickly.
